Sauvignon Blanc
"Lively fruitiness with rich tropical notes of passionfruit, mango, and papaya on the nose. Tropical notes continue to flow on the pallet with rich passionfruit leading the way with hints of kumquat, a touch of lemon and a light hint of grassiness.
Teroldego
An enticing rich purple, this lesser known Northern Italian varietal (best known as the nephew of an old French variety that was the parent of Syrah) is a rarity on the North Fork. This unique red wine has bright fruit aromas that abound from the glass. The pallet has rich red fruit notes of pommegranet and a hint of vanilla of the finish. Teroldegos soft tannins and bright acidity make this an extremely food friendly wine.
Ember
This red blend of five varietals—Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Teroldego—was chosen to express the best that the 2021 vintage had to offer.
Merlot
This classic old-world style red is a beautiful representation of North Fork Merlot. The staple of Long Island Wine Country, Merlot is wonderfully well suited to our cool, maritime climate with consistent ripening and excellent aging potential.
Dry Riesling
Wonderful tangerine aromas jump from the glass with zippy aromatics with hints of lemon zest. The tangerine flows onto the palate with a hint of lime juice on the finish. Crisp acidity balanced with a delicate balance of sweetness and acidity make the finish linger on and on.
LaCrescent
A refreshing, bright, approachable wine with dynamic fruit notes, a big burst of flavor and vibrant fruit notes. This easy drinking white is light bodied with a soft, refreshing finish and a touch of sweetness.
Lieb Vineyards Estate Petit Verdot
Produced in very limited quantities and only a few times per decade, this rare red is rich, grippy and complex with flavors of blackberry, clove and sweet tobacco. Best when tasted with aged or smoked cheeses. Aged 10 months in Hungarian oak. Cellar for up to 10 years.
Lieb Vineyards Estate Sparkling Pinot Blanc
Our Traditional Method sparkling wine is made from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes and, on average, ages 22 months before being disgorged in small lots to guarantee a crisp, fresh wine. This brut sparkler boasts a nose of green apple and pear, accented by hints of citrus, honey, and yeast. The palate comes alive with delicate, refreshing, tiny bubbles.
Lieb Vineyards Estate Cabernet Franc
With violets, raspberry, sweet tobacco and black pepper on the nose, this Cabernet Franc displays juicy blackberry and currant nuances, which carry the wine into its dry, peppery finish. Cabernet Franc is quickly becoming a signature varietal of the North Fork of Long Island, and this wine is a standout among its neighbors. Aged for 10 months in Hungarian oak.
Lieb Vineyards Estate Sparkling Rosé
Made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, this tasty sparkler boasts delicate bubbles, zesty acidity and notes of spicy raspberry, and peach. Dry and refreshing. Only 500 cases produced.
Lieb Vineyards Estate Teroldego-Lagrein
A unique blend of varietals typically grown in Northern Italy, this wine is deep dark purple in color and boasts notes of blackberry and grilled plum. Decant to open up its aromas.
Lieb Vineyards Estate Pinot Blanc
Our Signature Wine is produced from some of the oldest vines on the North Fork (circa 1983). Fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, this wine is vibrant and crisp with notes of lemongrass, rose petals, and sugared lemon peels. After a finish of star fruit and green apple, there is a touch of sea spray.
NV Brut
Made using the traditional méthode champenoise style, this lively sparkling wine comprised of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir has a delicate stream of bubbles, a golden color, and a fine mousse. Hints of fuji pear and brioche mingle on the nose, giving way to notes of honey crisp apples and graham crackers on the palate with a hint of creamy richness and a crisp, cleansing finish.
Lieb Vineyards Estate Meritage
Deep cherry red with some rim variation, this Bordeaux blend exhibits a bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, smoke, dark chocolate, and umami. Aged 16 months in Hungarian oak barrels to exhibit a concentration of lush fruit, hints of earth, and a smooth, complex finish. Cellar worthy up to 15 years.

This refreshing Italian-style Pinto Grigio is crisp, dry, & easy sipping! It’s delicate fruit aromas and bright acidity make this Pinot Grigio a beautiful compliment to the local produce and seafood native to the North Fork of Long Island.
Lieb Estate Chardonnay
Crisp, and dry with just a touch of buttery richness on the finish, this partially barrel fermented Chardonnay, is the perfect balance of Old & New World wines!
Lieb Estate Sauvignon Blanc
A new release and an award-winner, we are thrilled to re-introduce our estate Sauvignon Blanc; a rich, decadent wine that pairs exceptionally with a meal! This wine spent 5 months on ” sur-lie” and developed a little brioche character. 2023 was an excellent harvest for this white wine which is why we have reintroduced it after an 8 year hiatus.
Lieb Estate Merlot
A beautiful red wine with soft fruit notes, a rich flavor and a smooth finish—this is a red wine to pair with a meal and impress your friends! Aged for 10 months in Hungarian oak barrels, our Merlot shows a deep garnet color. While delicious to drink now, it will age well for many years to come.
