Nose
Bright red fruit noted of black currant, raspberry, and a hint on anise.
Palate
This bold red has notes of mocha and cocoa and a nice mid pallet giving way to fine, lingering tannins and a light smokiness with the slightest hint of vanilla.
Appearance
This classic expression of a cool climate Cabernet Franc has a rich garnet hue.
Food Pairing
A delicious sipper this bold red pairs beautifully with a wide range of foods including swordfish, seared tuna, pork, chicken, duck, Thanksgiving turkey, and roasted lamb just to name a few!
Aging
Aged for 14 months in medium plus toast Hungarian Oak.
